Position Description / Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

ICR is looking for an experienced multi-INT analyst/mission engineer to join our team to help solve mission-focused operational problems. The Mission Engineer provides support for operational mission users while also helping integrate with Intel Community and DoD tools, services, and data. The Mission Engineer is responsible for creating and integrating capabilities into workflows, capturing customer needs, and providing remote and onsite expertise and training for software applications. The ideal candidate will be broadly experienced across data types and intelligence disciplines and a highly motivated problem-solver. The Mission Engineer must have exceptional communication skills, ability to lead and delegate work to a team, and provide hands-on training and support independently. Dedication to the mission and an ability to generate creative solutions to hard mission problems is a must.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Understand customer/operational requirements and implement new functionality into software products. Document and communicate highly technical concepts effectively to technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and effective manner. Identify gaps in the workflows and help prototype solutions in an effort to fill those gaps. Willingness to travel in support of exercises, surge support, etc. as needed to support Customer requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Must have active Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI access. 8+ years of IC/DoD analyst experience 10+ years of mission capability experience and experience with common IC intelligence applications Demonstrated ability to communicate with peers, leadership, and customers Demonstrated ability to bring new or innovative solutions to problems Broad community knowledge of sensors and disciplines and the ability to leverage and communicate this intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance experience to teammates and customers Experience in processing and visualizing data and an understanding of the processes and procedures necessary to request, coordinate, and task collection Knowledge of customer tasking, collection, and processing tools to perform limited analytics and development

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

Understanding of Agile development practices and procedures with the ability to act as a product owner for established needs Excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills High level of self-initiative and self-motivation with the ability to work under minimal supervision Exceptional leadership, time management, organization, decision making, and verbal and written communication skills Ability to lead and work effectively in small team settings to solve complex problems


Salary Range: $78,853 - $236,579
