Hintergrund der Rolle
Unser Onboarding Operations Team ist das Herzstück von Wolt - wir sorgen dafür, dass unsere Partnerinnen bestmöglich aufgestellt sind, um mit uns gemeinsam erfolgreich zu sein. Als Merchant Changes Associate kombinierst du das Beste aus zwei Welten: Du prüfst alle eingehenden Anfragen für Händleränderungen auf Vollständigkeit und Richtigkeit (Data Validation) und begleitest unsere Partnerinnen anschließend durch den Onboarding-Prozess für den neuen Account oder das neue Unternehmen.
Deine Arbeit ist entscheidend dafür, dass Änderungen (z. B. bei Eigentümerwechseln, rechtlichen Änderungen oder Standortverlagerungen) reibungslos, compliant und effizient umgesetzt werden - und dass unsere Partner*innen sich gut betreut fühlen.
Deine Aufgaben

• Du führst Compliance-Prüfungen bei Händleränderungen durch (z. B. KYC/KYB, Unternehmensform, Gesellschafterwechsel)
• Du arbeitest eng mit Sales, Account Management und anderen internen Teams zusammen
• Du übernimmst das Onboarding und die Kommunikation mit den Händler*innen - per Formular, E-Mail oder Telefon, meist auf Deutsch
• Du behältst den Überblick über laufende Fälle in unseren Tools (z. B. Monday.com)
• Du hilfst dabei, unsere internen Prozesse weiterzuentwickeln und zu verbessern

• Du hast eine positive, lösungsorientierte Einstellung und ein Auge fürs Detail
• Du arbeitest sorgfältig, zuverlässig und eigenständig
• Du kommunizierst klar, freundlich und professionell - auch bei komplexen Themen
• Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Kundinnen oder Partnerinnen (z. B. im Account Management, Support, Onboarding oder in der Gastronomie)
• Du kannst gut priorisieren und behältst auch bei mehreren parallel laufenden Aufgaben den Überblick
• Du hast ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1)
• Bonus: Du hast erste Erfahrungen mit rechtlichen Dokumenten (z. B. Handelsregisterauszüge, Gesellschaftsverträge) oder KYC/KYB-Prüfungen
