We are looking for a German speaking Onboarding Specialist to our highly skilled DACH team in Nordic ecom Onboarding, to provide sales support and to optimize and enhance current and new processes.
Our ecom Onboarding team provides B2B services to Nordic and DACH countries in Small/Medium Merchants and Partners segments. We are keen to perform with high quality and efficiency with a positive team attitude, and our team is working closely together in a hybrid model.
This position is a full-time position and is based in Germany or in Ballerup, Denmark.

We are looking for a goal-oriented and outgoing Acquiring Onboarding Specialist for a position in Nets/Nexi in combination with a sales support role to ensure a smooth onboarding process to the benefit of our customers. You will be part of dynamic team with tasks related to onboarding of our DACH merchants, mainly from Germany and Austria.
The Onboarding team has the responsibility to secure a smooth onboarding of our merchants looking for an acquiring agreement with us. In the Onboarding team, we perform with high quality, efficiency and we are driven by a customer friendly mindset.
The Onboarding specialist handles all stages in the setup of a new acquirer agreement and business for Nets/Nexi. The team receives the applications, carries out a risk & AML assessment, and enables the customer agreement so that the customer can receive payments.
The main purpose is to ensure that Nets is compliant with AML Regulations.
You’ll be powering the Nordic ecom Onboarding team for the DACH region
As an Onboarding Specialist, you’ll join an open and sharing community with highly skilled colleagues.
Your key tasks and responsibilities are:
E2E service handling of ecom applications in a professional, positive, and effective way
Solving administrative tasks according to offered services and business procedures
Risk assessment, AML assessment, and ensuring KYC due to rules & regulations
Customer Service and ensure high quality in the solution for all customer segments
To advise and serve customers and co-workers within onboarding
To provide excellent communication and know-how to explain complicated matters
Comply with the agreed rules, instructions, and practices
Following the agreed daily plan for us to provide the best service for our customers
Qualifications

Your qualifications include:
An administrative background or that you are used to working with administrative tasks
Experience with Payment products and card services – but not a prerequisite
Experience in handling customer applications in a professional, positive, and effective way
Suitable educational background
Relevant working experience and knowledge of the fintech or finance business area is a great benefit
Good co-operations skills with different internal and external stakeholders
Knowledge of corporate structure, business forms, subscription rules and card companies credit policies, AML, KYC, GDPR, e-commerce law, guidelines for e-commerce and general knowledge of internet commerce – especially within the DACH region
