We are seeking

YOU – a MEDIA / GRAPHIC DESIGNER –

to create innovative visual content for Lufthansa's social media channels. Collaborating with social media managers, content team, and our partners, you’ll design platform-specific visuals that enhance brand identity and drive community engagement.

Your Day at the Oscars:

Bring social media campaigns to life with eye-catching visuals tailored for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Design engaging graphics, animations, and videos that reflect the Lufthansa Group’s brand identity. Develop storyboards and moodboards to shape and present creative ideas. Ensure visual consistency and optimize designs for various formats and platforms. Collaborate with the social media team to support and shape campaigns. Use data and A/B testing to refine content and boost performance. Stay on top of design trends and bring fresh ideas to the table. Join strategy meetings and help streamline creative workflows. Track performance and document processes for continuous improvement.

Meet the Oscars

Requirements

Your profile:

Completed studies or training in graphic design, media design or comparable qualification. Several years of experience in social media design, ideally in an agency or company. Confident in using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.). Creative flair, passion for design and a good eye for detail. Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and the ability to present creative ideas convincingly. Experience in working with agile methods and project management tools and advantage.
