Bereichsleiter Mechanische Werkstatt (m/w/d)

wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt ein Leiter für unsere Mechanische Werkstatt in Hamburg.

Aufgaben:

Eigen- und budgetverantwortliche Leitung der gesamten mechanischen Instandhaltung der ADM Hamburg Aktiengesellschaft – Werk Hamburg Vorhaltung Instandhaltungsplan ADM Hamburg Aktiengesellschaft – Werk Hamburg Sicherstellung Durchführung des Änderungsmanagements (MOC) im Funktionsbereich und Mitwirken im Änderungsmanagement als Berater(in) Mech. Instandhaltung Instandhaltungsbeschaffung (Ersatzteile) Initiierung und Unterstützung von Werksprojekten (Beratung und Bereitstellen von Ressourcen) Vorgabe von Standards für alle mechanischen Anlagen auf dem Werksgelände in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektteam Durchführung von Personal- und Beurteilungsgesprächen (Zielvereinbarung) unter möglicher Berücksichtigung notwendiger Stellen (HR und BR) Festlegung der Organisation der Mechanischen Werkstatt und Zentrallager, u.a. Definition von Qualifikationsanforderungen für einzustellende Mitarbeiter, Mitarbeit bei Einstellung, Versetzung und Entlassung von Mitarbeitern Zur Verfügung stellen von Weiterbildung und Trainings gemäß der Entwicklungspläne und der Qualifikationsprofile Einsatz und Koordination von Fremdfirmenmitarbeitern der mech. Instandhaltung

Profil:

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau / Schiffsbetriebstechnik, Handwerks- oder Industriemeister oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung*
Mehrjährige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der praktischen Instandhaltung*
Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (Level C1), gute Englischkenntnisse (Level B1)*
Selbstständige, strukturierte und effiziente Arbeitsweise*
Problemlösungskompetenz, Entscheidungsstärke, Überzeugungskraft, Risikobeurteilungsvermögen sowie Konflikt- und Kritikkompetenz*
Teamkompetenz, Mitarbeiterführung und -motivation*
