Die trenzyme GmbH ist seit 2000 als Forschungsdienstleister in den Bereichen Zelllinienentwicklung und rekombinanter Proteinproduktion etabliert. Als Outsourcing Partner unterstützt das Unternehmen Forschungs- und Entwicklungseinheiten von akademischen Instituten, Biotechnologie- und Pharmaunternehmen aus aller Welt mit individuellen und innovativen Lösungen. Als einer der wenigen Biotechnologie-Dienstleister im Bereich Zelllinienentwicklung und Proteinproduktion ist trenzyme nach der DIN EN ISO 9001 zertifiziert.



Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir ab März 2026 eine*n Masteranden/Masterandin für den Bereich hiPSC-Differenzierung (m/w/d).

Dein Projekt:

Kultivierung von humanen induzierten pluripotenten Stammzellen (hiPSC) Differenzierung von hiPSC zu Zelltypen verschiedener Keimblätter Zelltyp-spezifische Qualitätskontrolle und Assay-Entwicklung

Deine Aufgaben:

Anwendung der Differenzierungsprotokolle Optimierung der Zellkulturbedingungen (Medien, Beschichtungen, Co-Kultur) Etablierung von geeigneten Qualitätskontrollen Testung von pharmakologischen und toxikologischen Substanzen Literaturrecherche Auswertung & Interpretation der Ergebnisse

Dein Profil:

Du bist Masterstudent/in im Fachbereich Biologie oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Zellkultur, idealerweise auch im Umgang mit hiPSC Wünschenswert: erste Erfahrungen in der Immunfärbung von Zellen, RT-PCR und FACS-Analyse Du besitzt ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, bist flexibel und offen gegenüber neuen Aufgaben Dich zeichnet Deine selbstständige, zuverlässige und akkurate Arbeitsweise aus Du bist bereit auch am Wochenende Deine Zellen zu versorgen
