We are looking for a curious, committed, and highly motivated

Master´s student (m/f/d)

to join us in the Innovations Department for a 6-month Master thesis project, to support our

Advanced Sensory Team

.

The role & Your tasks

Participant in the sensory practice in Ohly and aid in internal sensory panel training Conduct sensory test to profile Ohly products, including designing test and questionnaire, preparing samples, and organizing sensory tests Analyze data, interpret results, and draw meaningful conclusions Effectively visualize and present data in reports and presentations Present findings to the team and contribute to internal discussion Participate in lab management activities (e.g. cleaning, preparing SOPs) and support safety initiatives of the department

Your profile

Enrolled in a Master’s program in food science, sensory science, flavour chemistry, or food technology Previous sensory lab/flavour house experience is a plus Theoretical knowledge of sensory science and food science Familiarity sensory practice software Eyequestion is a plus Scientifically curious, organized, proactive, and eager to learn Strong communication and teamwork abilities Good command of English, both spoken and written; German is considered a plus
