ITM is a privately owned biotechnology and radiopharmaceutical group of companies dedicated to the development, production and global supply of targeted diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals and radioisotopes for use in cancer treatment. We are developing a proprietary portfolio and growing pipeline of targeted treatments in various stages of clinical development addressing cancers such as neuroendocrine cancers or bone metastases. Our main objectives are to significantly improve treatment outcomes and quality of life for cancer patients through a new generation of Targeted Radionuclide Therapies in Precision Oncology. Your role
-------------
Analysis of markets, competitors, and performance of benchmark analysis
Drive strategic planning for the commercial organisation
Create well designed & articulate strategic presentations for different audience across the organisation including leadership & the board
Actively participate in budgeting process & provide key market insights and changing dynamics
Generate insights from market data / intelligence with strong external focus and incorporate findings into strategy, implementation, and daily work
Further develop & track the internal Sales Reporting System (SAP) and monthly KPI reporting to the Management
Support in development, coordination and implementation of creative and innovative strategic projects and corresponding activities according to local market requirements
Close and trustful collaboration with the cross-functional teams, vendors, external stakeholders and leaders across the organisation
Your profile
----------------
Business studies, preferred majors in Marketing Management, Finance or International Business Management
Passionate, curious, creative, and well-organized team player
Highly energetic, self-reliant, able to successfully drive performance and deliver results
Strong understanding of the SAP, Power BI & other relevant sales reporting tools/systems preferred
Minimum 2 years of working experience in a sales Department, in Business Development, Consulting firms or Marketing Management
Experience in the pharmaceutical sector desirable
Ability of work independently, high assertiveness and passion to work proactively
Strong analytical skills
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Fluent in written & spoken English (German skills of advantage)
