Job Description

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be a key member of our Marketing and Communications team, responsible


for strengthening our organic brand presence and supporting the execution of global events and marketing


initiatives. With our world-class team, you will play a central role in showcasing the impact of our technology


and driving Quantum Systems’ mission to become the benchmark for aerial intelligence solutions with


unmanned aerial systems (UAS).


You will work closely with colleagues from Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product Management to


create engaging content, manage social media channels, and deliver memorable experiences at international


tradeshows and events.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

Evaluate and execute Quantum Systems’ organic social media strategy across LinkedIn and other relevant

channels, including content creation, publishing, community management, and performance tracking
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop engaging multimedia content (posts, graphics, videos,

customer highlights) that highlight our solutions and success stories
Support in the planning and execution of international trade shows and events, including logistics, supplier

coordination, preparation of marketing materials, and onsite assistance
Assist with cross-functional marketing projects such as website content updates, webinars, email

campaigns, or partner marketing activities
Track and compile performance metrics for social media and events to measure effectiveness and suggest

improvements

What you bring to the team:

4+ years of professional experience in marketing, with hands-on expertise in organic social media and

event/tradeshow support (B2B or tech industry experience is a plus)
A creative and proactive mindset with strong communication skills, able to translate complex technology

into clear and engaging messaging
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured way A hands-on mentality and willingness to actively support at events, including booth setup and logistics Excellent English skills (written and spoken); German is a plus A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for events and tradeshow
