Als Outsourcing Partner unterstützt das Unternehmen Forschungs- und Entwicklungseinheiten von akademischen Instituten, Biotechnologie- und Pharmaunternehmen aus aller Welt mit individuellen und innovativen Lösungen.



Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Verstärkung in unserem Marketing-Team. Die/der Kandidat/in darf mit einer vielseitigen und zukunftsorientierten Tätigkeit rechnen:

Deine Aufgaben:

Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Unternehmenswebseite (Inhalte, Struktur, Funktionalität) Planung, Umsetzung und Analyse von Social-Media-Aktivitäten, insbesondere auf LinkedIn Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen (Wissenschaftlern, Produktexperten) zur Content-Erstellung Koordination externer Dienstleister und Agenturen (SEO, SEA, Webdesign) Einsatz moderner Tools und KI-Technologien zur Effizienzsteigerung im Marketing Monitoring relevanter KPIs über Analysetools und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlung im B2B-Bereich

Dein Profil:

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation oder vergleichbar; naturwissenschaftlicher Hintergrund (Biologie, Life Sciences o.ä.) von Vorteil Erste Berufserfahrungen im digitalen Marketing (SEO, SEA, Social Media) Kenntnisse in Content Management Systemen (z. B. WordPress mit gängigen Plugins) Sicherer Umgang mit Social-Media-Plattformen, insbesondere LinkedIn Affinität für neue digitale Trends und Technologien, inkl. KI-gestützter Tools Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, verschiedene Stakeholder zu koordinieren Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
