We are looking for a hands-on communicator with a passion for bringing people together through impactful events and strategic storytelling. You thrive at the intersection of event management and public relations — just as comfortable coordinating international conferences as you are speaking with journalists. You are proactive, well-organized, and detail-oriented, with a talent for building relationships and turning ideas into seamless experiences. If you’re excited about shaping FAIRTIQ’s presence on the global stage and strengthening our reputation in the mobility sector, this role is for you. You’ll work closely with our Sales & Business Development team, partners, and external vendors, and you’ll have the opportunity to shape how FAIRTIQ shows up in the world.



As our

Marketing Manager (PR & Events, B2P)

you will:

Event Marketing



Plan, coordinate, and execute FAIRTIQ’s participation in international trade shows, conferences, and partner events. Lead end-to-end event logistics, from concept development and vendor management to on-site execution and follow-up. Develop engaging event experiences that showcase FAIRTIQ’s thought leadership and strengthen stakeholder relationships. Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and PR integration across all event touchpoints. Measure event effectiveness through KPIs (attendance, engagement, leads, partner feedback) and adjust strategies accordingly.

Public Relations



Act as FAIRTIQ’s press spokesperson and main point of contact for media inquiries. Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, trade media, and industry influencers. Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and thought leadership pieces. Monitor industry trends and proactively pitch FAIRTIQ stories to relevant outlets. Support crisis communication and reputation management when needed.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align events and PR with business objectives. Support internal communications around events and PR milestones.

You bring

Experience in PR, communications, or event management, ideally in a B2B/B2P context. Strong presentation and communication skills and ability to act as a credible company spokesperson. Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills. Strong writing and storytelling abilities (press releases, event narratives, speeches). Analytical mindset with ability to measure and report on PR and event outcomes. Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented approach. Comfortable working independently while thriving in a collaborative, international team. High adaptability in a fast-paced, scaling company environment. Fluent in English and German (written & spoken); French is a strong plus. Willingness to travel internationally for events.
