About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Marketing Manager

to lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

: Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with business goals and budget targets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

: Partner with product, sales, creative, and digital teams, as well as external agencies, to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing initiatives.

Analytics & Reporting

: Track campaign performance and customer engagement across the funnel, delivering actionable insights and recommendations.

Program & Event Execution:

Manage end-to-end marketing programs including digital campaigns, field events, trade shows, and demand generation activities.

Audience Engagement:

Drive audience acquisition through direct marketing, regional sales, partners, SDRs, and external agencies, targeting key customer profiles.

Stakeholder Communication:

Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring consistent messaging and customer experience across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

German Skill (min. C1 level) Proven experience in marketing campaign management and strategy. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing performance metrics. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
