A fast-growing consumer health company specializing in pharmacy-exclusive, plant-based medicines and wellness products is looking to expand its marketing team.

You will work closely with the Managing Director and a small, agile team to plan, create, and execute cross-media marketing campaigns that reach consumers and pharmacies across Germany.
What You Will Do
Plan and execute online & offline marketing campaigns
Manage creative, media, and digital agencies
Drive brand strategy, product positioning, and budget planning
Monitor campaign performance and optimize using data insights
Conduct market, competitor, and target-group analyses
Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and Executive Management
Lead online marketing activities: Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEA/SEO, Social Media
Must-Have Skills
Proven experience in online marketing
Strong command of German (C1–C2) and English (B2–C1)
2+ years of marketing experience (junior to mid-level)
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with TV, print, or digital campaign management
Knowledge of Amazon / E-commerce marketing
