Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken); 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or FinTech, with a focus on growth, demand generation, or performance marketing; Strong growth mindset with a focus on pipeline, conversion, and ARR impact; Hands-on experience with paid search (Google Ads) and LinkedIn Ads in B2B contexts;
Solid understanding of the full funnel (MQL SQLOpportunity); Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM systems; Experience leveraging AI tools for campaign creation, optimization, or performance analysis; Analytical mindset with experience using web analytics and performance dashboards; Familiarity with WordPress, Canva, and basic image editing tools is an advantage.

As a Growth Marketing Manager at cleversoft, you will play a key role in driving measurable revenue impact and strengthening our market presence. Your mission is to generate high-quality leads, SQLs, and pipeline growth through innovative marketing strategies and hands-on execution.


Plan, execute, and optimize email and nurture campaigns using marketing automation tools; Apply AI tools to accelerate campaign development, content creation, personalization, and performance analysis; Maintain and optimize our WordPress website for user experience, conversion, SEO, and localization performance; Create compelling sales enablement materials (presentations, one-pagers, case studies); Design visuals for social media, website, newsletters, and merchandise; Build and optimize landing pages and conversion funnels; experiment with messaging, content, and CTAs to improve conversion rates; Collaborate with Sales to plan and execute ABM campaigns, including custom landing pages and follow-up cadences; Introduce new marketing ideas, tools, and approaches (AI, automation, attribution); Manage freelancers or agencies to maximize impact; Support planning and execution of webinars, trade shows, and customer events; Work closely with Sales, Product, and external agencies to align marketing initiatives with growth targets; * Track and report on key growth KPIs, including lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
