The Marketing Manager role is to drive Marketing in Germany activities to accelerate business growth, in line with Global brand strategies and Cluster financial targets, by working with the different local stakeholders, and multifunctional team, to develop and implement the right local brand plans & tactical executions with an omnichannel mindset.
Key Responsibilities of the role:Responsibility for all cross functional planning ensuring medical and marketing activities are in sync to meet the HCP needs Understand the patient journey in the medical ecosystem and identify best levers to meet target Design annual brand plans (Local priorities, building blocks and subsequent activity calendar) Understand global brand strategy and uses your market understanding to plan and implement the best local implementation plan Localize relevant global marketing material to meet the needs of local stakeholders (KAM, patients, HCP) Ensure marketing activities are in sync with stock reality by staying close to the supply and customer team Plan and control of your budget – ensure full collaboration with the finance team

Qualifications, Skills & Mindset:Academic business education (business economist, business graduate with at least 5 years of professional experience industry experience in pharmaceuticals or medical technology) or adequate professional experience of many years in the corresponding environment. Medical-pharmaceutical expertise and product knowledge desirable Systems: Veeva or comparable CRM systems Advanced MS Office German speaking is a must, Good knowledge of Business English Experience with creating a marketing strategy, and marketing plan Experience with data processing and understanding of the customer/patient needs High agility level acting with speed
