Deine Aufgaben – deine Bühne

Content Creation

Texte, Stories, Case Studies, Publikationen, Newsletter, Pressemitteilungen oder Anzeigen – du erstellst, stimmst ab und bringst unsere Themen zielgerichtet auf den Punkt.


Medien & Partner

Du pflegst Kontakte zu Fachmedien sowie nationalen & internationalen Handelspartnern und unterstützt deren Kommunikationsmaßnahmen.


Social Media & PR

Du bist hauptverantwortlich für unsere deutsche Social-Media-Präsenz (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) und wertest Aktivitäten regelmäßig aus.


Web & Shops

Du betreust die europäischen Webshops und optimierst unsere Website-Inhalte.


Schnittstelle & Impulsgeber

Du hältst den aktiven Austausch zwischen Produktmanagement, Vertrieb, Marketing und Kreativteam – erkennst Bedarfe, entwickelst Lösungen und kombinierst Marketing- und Vertriebsziele.


Projektmanagement

Du steuerst die Erstellung, Freigabe, Produktion und Verteilung von Marketingmaterialien – vom Konzept bis zur Umsetzung.

Dein Profil – Persönlichkeit trifft Kommunikation

Abgeschlossenes Studium in Kommunikation, Journalismus, Marketing oder vergleichbare Qualifikation 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung in PR, Unternehmens- oder Marketingkommunikation Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen von Vorteil Projektmanagement-Erfahrung, Organisationstalent und Freude an vielfältigen Aufgaben Sicherer Umgang mit Adobe Creative Suite, CRM und Google Analytics ist wünschenswert Begeisterung für Veranstaltungstechnik, Eventbranche und Beleuchtung Teamplayer mit Eigeninitiative, der langfristig denkt Technisches Verständnis / Erfahrung im Bereich Licht-/Steuerungssysteme sind ein Plus

We are looking for a Marketing Communications Specialist (m/f/d) for our team in Holzkirchen – someone who lives and breathes communication, brings marketing and sales together, and actively shapes our presence in Germany and Europe.

Your tasks – your stage

Content Creation

Texts, stories, case studies, publications, newsletters, press releases, or advertisements – you create, coordinate, and get to the heart of our topics in a targeted manner.


Media & Partners

You maintain contacts with trade media as well as national and international trading partners and support their communication measures.


Social media & PR

You will be primarily responsible for our German social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) and regularly evaluate activities.


Web & shops

You will manage the European web shops and optimize our website content.


Interface & source of inspiration

You maintain active communication between product management, sales, marketing, and the creative team—identifying needs, developing solutions, and combining marketing and sales goals.


Project management

You manage the creation, approval, production, and distribution of marketing materials—from concept to implementation.

Your profile—personality meets communication

Degree in communication, journalism, marketing, or comparable qualification 3–5 years of experience in PR, corporate, or marketing communications Very good written and spoken German, good English skills; other languages are an advantage Project management experience, organizational skills, and enjoyment of diverse tasks Confident use of Adobe Creative Suite, CRM, and Google Analytics is desirable Enthusiasm for event technology, the event industry, and lighting Team player with initiative who thinks long-term Technical understanding/experience in the field of lighting/control systems is a plus
