As a communication specialist, you are passionate about content and visibility!

Your enthusiasm for marketing, brand communication, and digital channels drives the TFE Hotels brands forward. Within our marketing team, you will create outstanding marketing messages and inspiring communications and effectively incorporate your online and offline experience.

As a Marketing & Communications Manager, your main goal is to increase awareness of TFE Hotels and inspire more people to experience our diverse brands – including Adina, A by Adina, MM: NT, Hobson, and Wellington. You sharpen our campaigns, create engaging content, and manage communication across blogs, social media channels, newsletters, and other platforms.

You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and lead digital guest communication. You identify trends and opportunities and develop creative content and campaign concepts based on them.

In this way, you will contribute to increasing our reach, improving performance, and achieving greater marketing success.

Ideally, you have several years of professional experience – possibly also on the agency side – and hold a bachelor’s degree.
