We are looking for a motivated

Market & Data Analytics Associate

to join our growing team of market and data analysts. In this role, you will help build data pipelines, develop analytical algorithms, and generate actionable insights across industries, supporting product development, business strategy, and growth. This role is ideal for young professionals or recent graduates who are passionate about working with data, enjoy problem-solving, and want hands-on experience in a fast-growing AI startup.

As a Market & Data Analytics Associate

, you will:

- Collaborate with the market and data analytics team to design, implement, and maintain

data pipelines across different industries

- Develop algorithms and models to generate actionable analytical insights from

structured and unstructured data

- Support product and business teams with data-driven analyses and visualizations

- Monitor industry trends, market signals, and competitor data to provide insights that

guide strategy

Requirements:

- Most importantly, you are eager to learn, proactive and hands-on, with a strong sense of

ownership and ambition to make an impact

- Recent graduate or final-year student in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics,

Business Analytics, or a related field

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on, results-oriented mindset

- Experience (academic or practical) in data pipelines, SQL, Python, R, or similar tools

for data analysis and modeling

- Interest in AI, SaaS, and data-driven business solutions

- Proactive team player who enjoys collaborating with others and learning from a skilled

analytics team

- Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
