YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You plan, implement, and optimize production processes

with a focus on carbon fiber winding and composite manufacturing.

You manage projects to transfer new products

from development to series production.

You develop workflows, fixtures, and test equipment

for new and existing production lines.

You ensure the necessary infrastructure

and

documentation

for our production processes.

You will work closely with the quality team and development

to ensure that requirements are transferred to production in a clear and concise manner

You will analyze production figures,

identify potential for optimization, and implement improvements in line with lean principles

YOUR PROFILE

Education & background

You’ve completed degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, materials engineering, or comparable qualification.

Professional experience

in production, process development, or work preparation, ideally in the aerospace.

Knowledge

of fiber composite

processing; experience with winding processes is a plus.

Structured, practical, and independent

way of working with a strong awareness of quality.

Enthusiasm for process optimization

and a high level of technical understanding.

Communication and negotiation skills

You are confident in German and English, both written and spoken.
