You face challenges like

leading and coordinating all activities across manufacturing, assembly, integration, and test for assigned projects developing and implementing efficient manufacturing, assembly, and test strategies and processes planning and controlling budgets within your area of responsibility defining, monitoring, and continuously improving key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive ongoing process optimization ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards (SQE) throughout the entire production lifecycle managing risks and resolving technical challenges and deviations collaborating closely with engineering, procurement, and quality assurance providing regular reports to senior management on project progress and performance

You inspire us by

a completed Master’s or Diploma degree in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification several years of professional experience with proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop teams strong knowledge of change, project, and process management, as well as solid experience in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or comparable process optimization methods ideally, hands-on experience with planning tools such as Planisware and Primavera business-fluent German and English language skills
