Position Overview

Vibalogics GmbH is seeking a visionary and strategic

Managing Director

to lead our organization through its next phase of growth and innovation. This role is central to shaping our strategic direction, overseeing operations, and driving business expansion in the field of biotechnology and virus research. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with deep industry expertise, a global perspective, and a passion for scientific excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute the company's strategic vision and long-term goals Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring organizational efficiency and operational excellence Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing, cross-functional team Drive business development and client acquisition efforts to grow market presence Ensure strict adherence to regulatory and quality standards across all functions Represent Vibalogics at key industry events, fostering relationships and brand visibility Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to align on business priorities

Qualifications:

Advanced degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related discipline Proven senior leadership experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry Strong background in virus research and development Strategic mindset with excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrated ability to lead in a complex, international business environment Fluent in English; German proficiency and prior sales experience are a plus
