Your role

As Manager Sensory Performance Lab for Applied Research EAME (m/f/d) you are leading our sensory team for Sensory performance daily business routine and research project consisting of 5 colleagues based in Holzminden. You and your team will take care of all the Sensory Performance tasks that will occur within the EAME region mostly for consumer fragrance and fine fragrance.

This requisition is a fulltime position to be located in our global Headquarter in Holzminden, Germany.


You manage our sensory performance lab and lead the sensory team in our global Headquarter in Holzminden. You promote sensory technology for customers. You are our research project manager and research customer support and assist our clients as first point of contact. You support on briefings and certification delivery and coordinate coordinate our externally trained panels. You launch technologies based on research projects such as malodor management and update our database. You develop methodologies based on customer requirements.

About you

You successfully completed your university degree in Chemistry or a similar subject. You have first experience working in the chemical industry, ideally within the fragrance industry. You are an expert in sensory science. You have first leadership experience and are trained in people management. You are fluent in both written and verbal english and german.
