About this Position

We are looking for a forward-thinking and results-driven Manager for Market & Customer Activation to join our Automotive OEM Marketing & Strategy team. As a key member of our global team focusing on Europe and IMEA, you will be instrumental in shaping how we communicate our innovative solutions, engage customers, and strengthen our presence in both mature and fast growing automotive markets.

What you´ll do

Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that activate demand and strengthen customer engagement in current and fast growing markets Plan, execute, and oversee our annual regional marketing activities and align with business needs and overall communication plan Design and drive a cohesive content strategy, leveraging digital platforms and innovative tools to deliver compelling messages to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders Define KPIs, measure performance, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives to continuously improve marketing impact Align messaging and marketing support for key customer touchpoints, including technology days, innovation forums, and major industry events Champion internal communication around innovation and facilitate training and knowledge-sharing initiatives across global teams

What makes you a good fit

Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing communications, ideally in a technology-driven or industrial environment with cross-regional scope Strong strategic thinking with hands-on executional ability Experience with digital content tools and campaign analytics Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
