The Manager Global Logistics Business Analyst is a crucial source of business intelligence within logistics. In your role, you work closely with functional teams from logistics and other functions to capture, understand and process logistics data as a basis for continuous improvement and data-driven decision making. Your responsibilities include:




Ensuring the monitoring of all essential business processes through KPIs in the logistics area (e.g. related to service, costs and quality) Preparing important information for strategic and tactical decisions Integrating and contextualizing data from various sources, including checking for validity and gaps Identifying needs of stakeholders and decision-makers to effectively communicate data Supporting identification and execution of transportation and warehouse projects with the required data to improve service & cost performance Collaborating closely with technical teams and acting as the point of contact for our technical analysts and data teams Independently setting up reports and dashboards




What you have to offer:




Completed studies in business administration, engineering, mathematics, computer science, or a related field Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Several years of experience in monitoring and improving logistics performance Proven experience with MS Power BI / Fabric or similar dashboarding tools Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken Independent working style and strong communication skills Very good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) Experience in the pharmaceutical quality environment, a basic understanding of processes in supply chain management/logistics is desirable Strategic and pragmatic thinking, ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
