Your Role





Key responsibilities in your new role

Drive the

preparation of the division’s internal and external financial reporting including securing data consistency

as well as alignment of various stakeholders and coordination of various contributors Prepare

ad-hoc analysis for CSS management and do in-depth financial analyses on financial data

to create transparency and increase forecast accuracy Own the

preparation of the regular management reporting in close collaboration with the Division CFO

Drive and oversee Cost Center and Headcount forecast process

across the division Act as a

key user of the division for major financial reporting systems

Automate analyses to the maximum extent leveraging analysis and visualization tools

(e.g. Tableau, Power Query / PowerBI), drive reporting harmonization of reporting across the division and support Infineon-wide projects (OneSAP)







Your Profile





Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

A degree

either in Business Administration, Business and Engineering, Business Informatics, Economics At least

5 years of professional experience in Finance, Controlling or Data Analytics

Experience in

consulting with a business modelling, finance or corporate finance

background The

ability to work with large datasets, break-down complex financial topics and to communicate them in a tangible way to various stakeholders

– from a management level to colleagues without a financial background Very good

Microsoft Excel and Power Point

as well as

relevant skills in database

driven analytics tools (e.g.

Power Query, Tableau and PowerBI

) Knowledge in

Onestream, SAP and Analysis for Office

Fluent in

English and German

language
