Your Role

As

Manager SAP EHS Implementation & Process Innovation

, you will lead the digital transformation of Product Compliance processes by implementing and optimizing the SAP Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) module. Your focus will be on IT systems integration, process automation, and ensuring scalable, compliant solutions across global operations.


Lead the

implementation and configuration of SAP EHS

modules, with a focus on Product Compliance, Dangerous Goods Management, and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) automation. Design and optimize

IT-driven workflows

to ensure regulatory compliance through digital solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to

integrate SAP EHS

with external data providers and internal systems. Manage

interfaces and data flows

between SAP EHS and other enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, PLM). Drive

process innovation

by identifying automation opportunities and implementing scalable solutions. Provide

technical support and training

to internal stakeholders on SAP EHS functionalities. Monitor system performance and ensure alignment with

global regulatory requirements

through IT-enabled processes. Act as a key liaison between IT, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless system adoption.

About You

University degree in

Information Technology

,

Computer Science

, or a related technical field; background in Chemistry or Product Safety is a plus. Minimum

3 years of hands-on experience

with SAP EHS modules, especially in system implementation and configuration. Strong understanding of

SAP architecture

, data models, and integration points. Experience in

global IT project management

within a matrixed, international organization. Proficiency in

Microsoft Office

,

SAP

, and other enterprise IT tools. Familiarity with

Global Label Management (GLM)

and specification management systems. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams. Fluent in

English

; German or other languages are a plus.
