What you´ll do



Ensure seamless development and deployment of digital campaign assets across multiple digital platforms, including websites, e-commerce channels and social media Act as the main point of contact between internal teams (digital marketing, brand marketing, e-commerce) and external partners (agencies, media platforms) to ensure cohesive campaign execution Manage campaign timelines and resources efficiently, ensuring projects are delivered on time Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance against KPIs, leveraging data to optimize ongoing and future campaigns Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and technologies to drive innovation within campaigns and improve digital marketing effectiveness Provide regular updates to stakeholders on campaign progress, performance, and insights, facilitating informed decision-making Ensure all digital campaign content meets brand standards and complies with regulatory guidelines Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate impact Guide and inspire project teams, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement

What makes you a good fit



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with a preference for certifications in project management or digital marketing. 2-3 years of relevant work experience in brand & digital marketing, and/or brand communication field Strong strategic planning and communication skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams while being flexible & adaptable to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving digital landscape Fluent English and very good German skills
