TASKS WITH IMPACT



Develops cross-functional and cross-cluster operational reporting on key metrics Clearly defines KPIs across all levels, including clusters and individual agents Provides a holistic group-wide KPI view and optimize performance on key metrics Scales, develops and builds further internal dashboards Analyzes and reports CX-relevant metrics and KPIs for data-driven decisions Establishes efficient Reporting & Analytics team processes and drives continuous improvement via standardization, digitalization & automation in alignment with department's strategy Executes effective controlling, ensures data quality and transparency to support business decisions and optimize costs Develops a positive working relationship with stakeholders in- and outside the organizations and resolves arising issues with mutual interests in mind


YOUR SKILLSET



University degree (ideally Master) in B.A., major in business administration or similar More than 5 years of professional experience in a leadership role Comprehensive knowledge of program- & project management, strategy develompment, analytical thinking, market environment & trends Strong communication skills and assertiveness Proficiency in MS Office Fluent in local language and English
