Manager* Clinical Operations - SOP Expert
As Manager* SOPs within our Clinical Operations department, you will be providing comprehensive writer/editor support, SOP development and management. You will lead efforts to develop, harmonize documents and drive activities around creating and managing SOPs associated with our operational processes within the Clinical Operations department as well as in the alignment with other stakeholders. Your main responsibilities are:
Lead the efforts and processes to gather and create SOP requirements or process improvements
Act as the supportive source of knowledge for all SOPs and internal policy documents; lead the analysis and recommendations for SOP effectiveness
Drive the day-to-day activities to ensure accuracy, governance, and maintenance of SOPs
Support the communication and training of SOPs to operational teams; develop, improve, maintain and revise SOPs and/or training materials for contractually provided activities
Conduct staff interviews and review/research work products to help in the development of SOPs
What you have to offer.
Scientific degree (Bachelor) with 3+ years of experience in writing SOPs, processes, procedures, user manuals and/or work instructions
Understanding and familiarity with scientific terminology, regulatory writing styles, standards & procedures
Proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint; demonstrated skills using Microsoft Visio to develop process flowcharts
Ability to collect, organize, analyze, distill and document significant amounts of information and process steps; demonstrated ability to work with accuracy
Strong analytical, oral and written communication skills with the ability to build quick rapport with all levels of customer staff and SMEs to give them high quality responsive service
Motivated team player with the ability to work autonomously on multiple projects and to prioritize daily tasks and responsibilities effectively
