What you´ll do

Experienced senior manager (d/f/m) that contributes to shaping Adhesive Technologies’ sales strategy in B2B distribution business Partner closely with the Director for Distribution & Inside Sales EIMEA and his management team Develop strategy for distribution business to support steering profitable growth with focus on SME accounts in electronics & thermal interface material market Analyze and build different future scenarios to create profitable growth paths Develop and implement business analysis instruments as well as provide market and competitive intelligence Support customizing market customer activation activities to distribution business Build relationships with key industry stakeholders and support relevant customer events Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Business Development to steer activities

What makes you a good fit

Master’s degree in business administration or related field is preferred Minimum 5+ years professional experience in business development, corporate strategy, or consulting in industrial B2B business is preferred The ability to interpret market data, identifying trends, develop strategies and making informed business decisions Excellent presentation, communication and networking skills that will allow for building and maintaining relationships with key industry stakeholders Individual with both strategic and analytical mindset, strong project management skills, and passion about driving change and challenging the status quo Proficient communication and presentation skills in English, ideally very good German skills
