As a Research & Development trainee you will dive into different topics of your desire. From early-stage research discovery to product development to consumer insights and testing, everything can be part of YOUR journey. Thereby, you will be part of different Research & Development teams and focus on own projects and/or dive deep into the daily business. As our trainee program is designed to equip you with the skills and mindset needed to navigate the future R&D challenges, you will be part of global and regional teams in order to gather a holistic view of our scientific world. From day one, you are taking ownership to co-create and shape the future of our company.

Your Profile

You graduate in science (Life Science related studies as Molecular biology, Bioinformatics, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Data Science or comparable) and are passionate about creating innovative products You were able to gain first practical and international experience You have excellent analytical skills and can develop creative solutions Your strengths include flexibility, open-mindedness, excellent communication, and teamwork skills as well as initiative A strong team player with the ambition to lead your own projects Passion: Enthusiastic about innovating in skincare, merging scientific expertise with creativity to develop groundbreaking products
