Job Description

Your tasks:

Operate document production machines Prepare machines for daily production: load materials, Clean up the Machine Monitor job progress and machine performance to ensure efficient workflow Conduct quality checks finished documents for alignment, completeness, and correct finishing Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform basic maintenance Follow job instructions, work orders and precisely to ensure compliance with customer specifications and internal standards Maintain accurate production logs and report any deviations and equipment issues to the supervisor Adhere to safety protocols, data protection, and confidentiality requirements, particularly in secure document environments Support team members and shift activities to meet overall production goals

Your profile:

Experience in operating machinery in a production environment is preferred Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new machines quickly Ability to follow detailed instructions and work accurately with documents Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and attention to detail Basic computer skills are an advantage
