This role offers the opportunity to actively support and drive cross-border M&A transactions between Italy and Germany, contributing to the strategic connection of Italian businesses with German investors and private equity funds.
Tasks
Your Role: Lead High-Impact M&A Deals Across Borders
As an M&A Consultant, you will be at the forefront of dealmaking, coordinating cross-border transactions and navigating the complexities of international business cultures. You will:

• Manage full-cycle M&A projects with a focus on Italian-German transactions.
• Build trust with entrepreneurs, advising them with confidence and integrity.
• Generate a pipeline of high-value deals by identifying opportunities in the Italian mid-market.
• Conduct in-depth company and market analyses, aligning strategies with the needs of German investors.
• Coordinate legal, commercial, and tax experts, ensuring seamless execution.

Requirements
Your Profile:

• Bilingual fluency in Italian and German (English a strong plus).
