Logistics Manager

to join our team.

Your Role

As Logistics Manager, you will be the backbone of our operations. You coordinate all setups, changeovers, and breakdowns across our three venues – making sure every event is ready to shine. You don’t just organize from the sidelines; you also jump in and work side by side with the team to get things done.

Your Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and oversee all event setups and changeovers at Prince Charles, Coco Boule, and Atelier Rooftop Manage logistics for furniture, technical equipment, and event materials Lead and motivate setup crews, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time Work hands-on during setup and breakdowns (lifting, moving, organizing) Ensure health & safety standards are met at all times Communicate closely with event managers, technical staff, and external service providers Keep an overview of inventory and logistics processes across all venues

What We’re Looking For

Experience in event logistics, stage management, or technical production Strong organizational and leadership skills Hands-on mentality – you’re ready to roll up your sleeves Physical fitness and willingness to work during evenings and weekends if needed Reliability, flexibility, and problem-solving skills Good communication in German and/or English
