We’re looking for a
Logistics Operations Planner (m/f/x)
to bridge the gap between
Supply Planning
and
Warehouse Operations
, translating complex supply data into reliable
inbound/outbound forecasts
needed for efficient warehouse capacity planning. With your hands-on experience in planning, inventory management, and warehouse logistics, you’ll provide crucial capacity insights, drive efficiency, and enable smooth operations in a fast-paced, growing environment.
Your tasks will include:
You develop detailed Outbound forecasts for the warehouse, including the expected
number of orders
and the
ratio of boxes/packaging sizes
used
You calculate and forecast expected inbound deliveries from suppliers (quantity, number of pallets/cartons, expected picks)
You coordinate closely with
Supply Planning
and
Inventory
teams to ensure that purchase orders (POs) are received and booked into the
correct locato
rs
to ensure that inventory forecasting is accurate
You create and manage forecasts for product returns
You serve as the primary point of contact for continuous operational management and alignment with the warehouse team

Your profile
You have a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable quantitative field
You have
2–3 years
of professional experience in Logistics Planning, ideally with direct exposure to E-Commerce and experience with FMCG
You bring a strong affinity for numbers, forecasting models, and KPIs, and the ability to process large amounts of data to derive
actionable plans
You live in
Frankfurt
/the surrounding area or are willing to relocate for your new position
You have proficient knowledge of
MS Excel/Google Sheets
and ideally experience with
ERP/OMS/WMS Systems
You are fluent in English (German is a plus) and bring a
proactive, hands-on mentality
suited for a fast, dynamic environment
