Position Overview

As part of our continued global expansion, we are seeking a reliable and detailed-oriented Logistics Assistant (Minijob) to support the European distribution operation for our flagship product, CosmeRNA.

This role is responsible for handling daily warehouse and logistics tasks, including receiving inbound shipments, managing inventory, and coordinating with contracted logistics providers to manage outbound deliveries across Europe.

The position is ideally suited for individuals looking for flexible part-time employment under Germany’s Minijob framework, with hands-on involvement in practical logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment:
- Receive customer order list from headquarter and prepare products (pick and pack) for shipment

- Issue and manage invoices for outgoing deliveries

- Coordinate with logistics partner (UPS) for EU-wide shipping

Inbound & Inventory Management:
- Support import customs clearance of shipments from South Korea

- Receive pallet deliveries into warehouse stock and manage inventory records

General Logistics Support:
- Maintain storage conditions

- Assist with preparation of shipping documents and records

- Handle delivery errors and claims to ensure smooth customer experience

Person Specification

Good organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle product packing and light warehouse tasks Conversational proficiency in German or English Basic knowledge of shipping, invoices, and customs procedure is a plus
