Sachbearbeiter Logistik- (m/f/d)

Werde Teil unseres Teams in Straubing als Für unseren Produktionsstandort ADM Spyck in Straubing suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres Logistikteams zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen erfahrenen Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben

Tägliche Verladeplanung unserer Produkte inklusive der Tank- und Silobestandsanalyse Umfassende Frachtraumdisposition Überwachung der Terminplanung, Andienungen, Nachfristen Erstellen und Beschaffen von Exportpapieren und Zertifikaten sowie von Kontrakten und Zahlungsanweisungen von Fracht- und Provisionsabrechnungen Aufbereiten der Lieferscheine und Eingabe in das EDV-System Prüfung und Versand von Warenrechnungen Mahnwesen Kontrakt- und Stammdatenpflege, allgemeine administrative Aufgaben Zusammenarbeit bei Sonderaufgaben mit den Abteilungen Arbeitssicherheit, Qualitätsmanagement, Energie- und Umweltmanagement Innerbetriebliche Schulungen

Ihr Profil

Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise im Bereich Spedition/Logistik/Industrie/Außenhandel/Schifffahrt bzw. vergleichbare, in der Praxis erworbene Kenntnisse Kenntnisse des Agrarmarktes und der Schiffsabwicklung sind von Vorteil Sehr gute englische Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen EDV-Programmen, insbesondere MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Eine selbstständige, genaue und strukturierte Arbeitsweise Gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
