WICHTIGE PFLICHTEN UND VERANTWORTLICHKEITENEntwicklung eines Logistikplans für multimodale Transporte, Zwischenlagerung und den letzten Transportabschnitt
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Bereichen der Supply Chain zur Abstimmung und Umsetzung von Arbeitsmethoden und Best Practices
Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektmanagement und anderen Schlüsselabteilungen
Steuerung und Koordination von Subunternehmern, Pflege der Beziehungen und Entwicklung effizienter und gut geplanter Lösungen
Berichterstattung über Projektfortschritte und Leistung der Subunternehmer
Schnittstellenmanagement mit dem Kunden hinsichtlich Spezifikationen zu Lagerung, Transport, Trommeln und weiteren logistischen Themen

QUALIFIKATIONEN & ERFAHRUNGEN
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Logistik, Supply Chain, Transportwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in Projektlogistik und/oder im Bereich Schwer-, Übermaß- und multimodaler Transporte
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau)
Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse, idealerweise Erfahrung mit MS Excel und PowerPoint
Erfahrung und Verständnis für projektbezogene Kennzahlen, z. B. Logistikbudget, Lieferzuverlässigkeit
Projekt- und kundenorientierte Denkweise mit Fokus auf die Abstimmung von Projektzielen mit Kundenbedürfnissen
Proaktive Kommunikation und effektive Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit, Konfliktlösungskompetenz und eine Portion Humor
Nachgewiesene Verhandlungskompetenz sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen und Beharrlichkeit

General description of the function
The Transmission Business unit of Prysmian is at the forefront of innovation and adaptation to the market trend of the cable industry, embracing emphasis on renewable energy generation. Our cable solutions are the backbone of the power grids, paving the way for a more efficient, interconnected, and eco-conscious energy ecosystem.
Within the Transmission Business Unit, as part of the Supply Chain organization, the Logistics Coordinator orchestrates the supply chain to enable a flawless high voltage cable installation.
The Logistics Coordinator is executing the logistics coordination activities of a high voltage cable project.
Roles and Responsibilities
Responsibility of the Logistics Coordinator are:Develop a logistics plan for multimodal, intermediate storage and last leg transport
Closely collaborate with (other parts of the) supply chain organization to align and implement work methods and best practices
Collaboration with project management and other key functions
Working and coordinating subcontractors, maintaining the relationship and develop efficient and well planned solutions
Reporting on project progress and subcontractor performance
Managing the interface with the customer regarding specifications of storage, transport, drum and other logistic topics
We expect everyone in the team to participate, to sharing knowledge and promote teamwork
Qualifications and Professional Requirements
Candidates for this role should preferably have:Successfully completed studies in Logistics, Supply Chain, transport engineering, or an equivalent qualification
Minimum of 3 years relevant professional experience, preferably in project logistics and/or heavy-, oversized multimodal transportation
Proficient in German and English at C1 level or higher
Good MS Office skills, preferably knowledge in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Experience and understanding of project relevant metrics, e.g., logistic budget, delivery reliability
Project and client-oriented mindset, focusing on aligning project goals with client needs and expectations
Proactive communication and effective problem-solving skills
Team player, stress resistant with strong conflict resolution skills and some sense of humor
Demonstrated negotiation skills as well as perseverance and assertiveness
