We are looking for a forward-thinking Load Calculation Tool Engineer with strong expertise in simulation technologies and modern software development. In this role, you will combine your knowledge of wind turbine load simulations with full-stack development skills to improve internal processes, support engineering teams, and contribute to cutting-edge innovations in the wind energy sector. You will work closely with our German customers and consultants to translate technical needs into smart, efficient software solutions that support sales, certification, and performance optimization.

Your Tasks

Clarify technical requirements with customers and consultants in Germany and translate them into concrete development needs Define and implement tools and processes to optimize and accelerate the sales process in the German market Develop full-stack applications to support and improve internal load calculation workflows Design and implement optimization tools and simulation software for use in engineering processes Integrate external design and simulation software into internal toolchains to ensure smooth workflows Automate reporting processes for documentation, certification, and internal quality standards Provide customized software solutions to support load calculation engineers in their daily work Conduct site-specific load simulations using advanced aero-elastic tools Perform root cause analyses for technical field issues and contribute to long-term resolution strategies Collaborate with cross-functional teams on controller optimization and component design Support certification processes as well as warranty- and claims-related evaluations Drive the development of new design methodologies and simulation concepts based on current and future needs Contribute to early-stage concept studies and technical feasibility assessments Continuously improve internal engineering toolchains, workflows, and simulation methodologies

Your Profile

Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science Minimum five years of experience in simulation, load calculation, or related engineering roles Proficient in Python and C# Experience with ASP.NET, Entity Framework, and SQL databases Familiar with the integration of simulation software in engineering processes Very Good English and German language skills Analytical thinker with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset
