Tempur Sealy International is the worldwide largest manufacturer of premium mattresses, Pillows and innovative bedding systems. We sell our products in over 100 countries under the Tempur® brand. The pressure relieving material is exclusively produced in company owned manufacturing facilities.

We are looking into broadening our support capacity for the D365 FO application in our international organization. As Level 2 ERP Support Central Europe (m/f/d) you will be the front end of our ERP Team, analysing the tickets raised by our international business users in Europe and Asia Pacific and deciding how to best help and support business with each ticket. This means hands on work in the system setups and configurations or user training and documentation to avoid errors.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Takeover of an ERP support role for the individual markets Training and support of business users Assistance in the documentation of processes, guidelines and best practices for future reference Staying up-to-date with industry trends and changes in D365 standards and technologies

YOUR PROFILE

Three years of support experience with D365 Finance & Operations application Knowledge of basic processes in a sales and distribution operation Fluent English skills, any other European language is desirable Knowledge of D365 Retail and commerce along with a Microsoft certificate for D365 Finance & Operations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a detail-oriented way of working and the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time Good communication and document writing skills, with an ability to explain complex concepts in an easy way Ability to work under tight and changing deadlines within an international, multicultural organization
