Diese Stelle spielt eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe, der Verbesserung der Reaktionsfähigkeit und der zuverlässigen Belieferung der Kunden.

Zu den Kernaufgaben gehören die Entwicklung und Pflege eines integrierten Produktionsplans über alle wichtigen Bereiche hinweg, um eine termingerechte und vollständige Lieferung (OTIF) sicherzustellen sowie Lean-Prinzipien wie Fluss-Effizienz und Verschwendungsreduzierung zu unterstützen.



Die Position verantwortet die Planung und Terminierung mit klarem Fokus auf Kundenzufriedenheit und trägt dazu bei, dass Texmo Blank marktführende Lieferzeiten erreicht und seine Wettbewerbsposition stärkt. Dabei arbeitet die Rolle funktionsübergreifend mit Supply Chain, Produktion, Qualität und Vertrieb zusammen, um Nachfrage, Kapazitäten und Materialverfügbarkeit aufeinander abzustimmen.

Responsibilities

Führung und Verantwortung für den Bereich Produktionsplanung Sicherstellung einer termingerechten und effizienten Planung unter Berücksichtigung von Kapazitäten, Lieferzeiten, Beständen und Bedarfsschwankungen Transparente Kommunikation bei Änderungen und Aktualisierungen gegenüber den entsprechenden Stakeholdern Erstellen von Analysen und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen im Rahmen des SOFP-Prozesses Lösungsorientierte Herangehensweise bei Terminkonflikten Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs zur Steigerung der Produktionseffizienz Anwendung von LEAN-Standards und Coaching der Mitarbeiter zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung

Requirements

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Metallbereich mit erfolgreicher Weiterqualifizierung zum Techniker / Meister oder abgeschlossenes technisches Studium Führungserfahrung von Vorteil Gute Kenntnisse in Englisch Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise Durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Weitblick und Hands-on-Mentalität Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
