As we continue to scale our operations, we are seeking a motivated and detail-driven Legal Operations Trainer to support and elevate our Pre-Litigation Case Management team.

About the Role





In this role, you will work closely with the Pre-Litigation Case Management department—including Legal Assistants, Case Managers, and related legal support roles—to ensure team members are fully trained, confident, and operationally ready at every stage of the client lifecycle.



You will own onboarding, training, certification, and ongoing development across the department, ensuring consistency, quality, and operational excellence. This role plays a critical part in driving case progression, documentation accuracy, compliance with legal timelines, and delivering an exceptional client experience from intake through resolution.



Strong English communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities




Own onboarding and training for all Pre-Litigation department roles. Design, develop, and deliver structured onboarding and continuous training programs. Train team members on case workflows and legal timelines, documentation standards, and client communication best practices. Identify knowledge gaps, quality issues, and performance trends; implement targeted training and coaching solutions. Partner with leadership, attorneys, and operations teams to ensure training aligns with legal, compliance, and business requirements. Track and report on training completion, readiness, and effectiveness. Ensure team proficiency in the firm’s CRM and case management systems. You will create, update, and maintain training materials, standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and reference guides. Conduct coaching sessions, role-playing exercises, and quality reviews to improve consistency and performance. Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practices across the Case Management department.



Qualifications




Strong English communication skills (C1 level), both verbal and written. Minimum 3 years of professional training, coaching, or teaching experience, preferably in a corporate or operational environment. Experience designing structured training programs and onboarding workflows. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Hands-on experience creating and managing training content within an LMS.



Nice-to-Have / Preferred Qualifications





The following experience is helpful but not required for success in this role:


Supporting legal teams or working in a law firm environment. Lemon Law, consumer protection, or high-volume case management experience. Experience with Filevine or similar legal case management systems.



Requirements




Ability to work independently from a home office with stable, high-speed internet and a quiet, professional workspace Must have a laptop or desktop computer with the following minimum specifications: 8GB RAM, Core i5 processor or higher. Additionally, an internet speed of at least 10 Mbps is required. Availability to work during U.S. business hours (PST). Willingness to use time-tracking software.
