Role

You will be responsible for the construction, maintenance, and strategic initiatives related to our

Proprietary Database

:

Be part of the product team and act as the first expert to test and validate the product. Establish processes to ensure the database is always updated, relevant, and consistent. Collect users’ feedback on the product and help steer product development in the right direction. Collaborate with data annotators and AI Engineers to define and create high-quality validation and training datasets for our AI algorithms. As one of the first hires, you’ll set the tone for future colleagues—growing and scaling with the company while leading by example. Work closely with partners to define data acquisition priorities and relevant sources.

Qualifications

------------------

Degree in Law in Germany. 1–3 years of experience as a practicing lawyer (preferably in civil law). Desire to pursue an alternative and challenging career path in a fast-growing environment. Strong plus: experience in Product or Program Management, or in managing legal knowledge bases.
