We are looking for you to join our team in the

Legal

Department

at our headquarters in Idstein as a

Legal Counsel (m/f/d)

as soon as possible.

Your role in the Wolfpack:

First point of contact for all (business) legal questions and business partners Comprehensive and independent review of contracts (B2B or B2C) Legal support during contract negotiations and business cases up to signature Drafting and/or revising terms and conditions (T&Cs), contract templates, and internal company policies Creation and delivery of training sessions on legal topics Participation in and support of the design and implementation of process workflows aligned with overall company strategy Supervision of trainees and student/temporary staff Coordination and involvement of external lawyers

What you bring:

Fully qualified lawyer (Second State Examination), in-house counsel Foreign LL.M. is an advantage Minimum of 3 years professional experience, preferably in an internationally operating company or a similarly structured law firm Strong knowledge of (international/national) contract law, B2B and B2C Additional desirable areas of interest or experience: Commercial tenancy law Insolvency law Unfair competition law Product liability Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken Team-oriented, open personality with a structured approach and sense of responsibility Solution-focused, communicative personality Interest in business matters and economic contexts
