What you can expect from us:
Provide legal advice to the different functions of the organization in the daily business in the areas of technolgy, data and privacy
Provide legal advice on projects for the implemenation of new regulations in the areas of IT, Data and Cyber at Schindler, within the EU/EEA (e.g., NIS 2, AI Act, Data Act, Cyber Resiliance Act) and outside
Draft and negotiate global contracts, with a focus on sourcing contracts in the area of IT and Digital, and review related documents
Provide advice on privacy compliance and contribute to the ongoing improvement of Schindler's privacy program and related governance processes
Develop and publish guidelines and trainings addressing various aspects in the legal areas of technolgy, data and privacy

What makes you special:
Law degree and admission to the Bar
, postgraduate studies (e.g., LL.M.) or similar work experience abroad is an advantage
Several years of professional experience
, preferably in an industrial environment or in a law firm
Demonstrated
legal know-how in the areas of technology, data & privacy and contracting
Excellent German and English language skills
, every other language is an advantage
Passion for and curiousness about technology and the interface between technology and data
Interest in and affinity to the machine manufacturing industry
Proactive and solution-oriented, team player mentality
Communication and people skills, including the ability to collaborate with mulitple stakeholders across different geographies and at all levels of the organization
Project management skills, including the ability to flag risks and propose mitigation actions
