The Position

The Role

We’re looking for a

Legal Counsel

who wants to get hands-on in a fast-growing, international scale-up. You won’t just be reviewing contracts — you’ll be

shaping deals, supporting investor communication, making contracts both watertight and business-friendly, and building scalable legal processes and templates

along the way.


Your main focus will be

Corporate, Finance & M&A

, but you’ll also get involved in

contracts, compliance, regulatory topics, and the occasional litigation

. Think of this as a role for a true all-rounder: part dealmaker, part legal ops builder, part business partner.

What You’ll Do

Support M&A and financing deals

, from structuring through to closing. Own the

contract lifecycle

: draft, review, and negotiate agreements with partners, suppliers, and clients. Back up our

investor relations and corporate matters

with sharp legal input.

Build and scale legal structures, templates, and processes

that grow with the business. Team up with external counsel on

transactions, litigation and dispute resolution

when needed. Stay on top of

legal and regulatory developments

so we’re always a step ahead. Turn complex legalese into

clear, actionable business advice.

What You Bring

Fully qualified German lawyer with a

4 plus years of experience

(law firm or in-house). Strong track record in

Corporate Law, Finance & M&A.

Bonus if you’ve had exposure to

legal operations, compliance, or litigation.

Fluent English + business-level German

(Berlin hub, global mindset). A

startup attitude

: hands-on, pragmatic, and ready to build, not just manage. You see law as an

enabler.
