Your tasks:

Legal support for the insurance and reinsurance business of our internationally operating industrial segment Review and drafting of insurance and distribution contracts in German and English, in particular with a focus on Financial Lines, Sports, Crisis Management, Aviation und Delegated Authority Europe (e.g. agency contracts, broker contracts, insurance policies and reinsurance contracts) Review and drafting of contracts in the context of cooperation with external loss adjusters (TPAs) Cooperation with our colleagues in our international branches Legal support in judicial and extrajudicial legal proceedings Supporting the legal team in all areas that arise #

Your profile:

Knowledge and expertise regarding the tasks and of insurance contract law is an advantage. However, the following skills are even more important to us: German fully qualified lawyer or comparable foreign qualification Willingness to familiarise oneself in depth with international insurance distribution law Pleasure in familiarising oneself with unfamiliar and international topics and issues Ability to work in a structured and independent manner Willingness to work in an international team Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
