We're looking for a technically skilled Learning Systems & Analytics Specialist to transform our learning ecosystem into a strategic intelligence platform. You'll bridge technology, data, and learning practice—ensuring our systems work seamlessly, our data tells compelling stories, and our team can leverage automation and AI to scale impact.
This role is critical to proving ROI, identifying skill gaps, and enabling data-driven talent decisions across our global organization.
What You'll Do
Own day-to-day administration of global Learning Management System including user management, platform configuration, and troubleshooting
Manage content publishing workflows ensuring quality assurance, metadata standards, and accessibility compliance
Configure learning pathways, certifications, and automated workflows to enhance user experience
Integrate learning systems with HRIS, performance platforms, and other enterprise systems
Design and build learning dashboards providing visibility into utilization, completion, engagement, and skill development
Establish single source of truth for learning data including compliance tracking and certification status
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, skill gaps, content effectiveness, and engagement patterns
Calculate and report on ROI for learning investments using multiple metrics and methodologies
Create automated reporting workflows that increase data accessibility and reduce manual effort
Evaluate and implement AI tools for learning including chatbots, recommendation engines, and content generation
Build automation for repetitive processes improving efficiency and user experience
Partner with IT teams on technical troubleshooting, API integrations, and security compliance
Conduct user testing and gather feedback to inform platform optimization priorities
Establish and maintain data governance protocols including access controls and privacy compliance (GDPR)
Maintain data integrity through regular audits, cleanup processes, and system reconciliation
Manage vendor escalations, feature requests, and service level agreement compliance
What We're Looking For
SQL or Python for data extraction and analysis
Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Power Automate, API integrations)
Learning technology certifications or platform-specific admin credentials
Familiarity with instructional design principles and learning measurement frameworks
Experience managing data in global, multi-region contexts
LMS administration and advanced configuration
Data analysis and visualization
