Your area of work:
As a Learning & Development Specialist (f/m/d), you will be part of our People Strategy & Initiatives Team and will have the chance to gain insights and hands-on experience in Learning Strategy and Global development practices in an innovative market infrastructure provider and international exchange organization. You will have the opportunity to support both the Learning and and bring value to global initiatives like Re- and Upskilling, Succession and Development Planning as well as shaping our Learning Culture. Moreover, you will collaborate with various teams to enhance development opportunities, streamline processes, and contribute to a positive work environment.
Your responsibilities:
You will assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of various training and development initiatives initiatives, including logistical tasks such as travel planning and module preparation.
You address questions and concerns from leaders and employees and provide them guidance throughout their training and development
You act as a link between the development team and the learning team, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
In addition, you contribute to process improvements related to talent management, succession planning and support ad hoc tasks and projects in the areas of Executive- and People Development, as well as Learning
Furthermore, you work closely with HR Business Partners and other relevant stakeholders ensuring smooth cross-functional collaboration
Your profile:
You hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Humanities or a related field
Ideally, you have an academic background in learning and development
You have a strong interest in talent development and leadership topics
You bring relevant experience in leadership development, including the organization of leadership events, and development planning
Ideally, you have already gained experience in the field of Development and Succession Planning
You are comfortable communicating with executives, assistants, and other stakeholders
You are proactive, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
You work effectively both independently and in a team environment
You have solid skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and SAP Success Factors
You possess strong communication skills in German and English
