We are proud to be recruiting a unique position, suited to a highly personable and customer-focussed Lean / Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement Expert who will utilise their lean tools, improvement methodologies and people engagement skills to their full potential.
Essential requirements:

• Business Level German language competency (C2 level)
• Business Level English language competency (C1 level minimum)
• Proven experience in implementation of Lean / Continous Improvement
• Six Sigma Black Belt certified
• EU Work Eligibility

Our client is a global service provider and they have a need to implement lean / six sigma tools within their diverse and highly enviable client base. Their German operation is growing and there is significant support and sponsorship from the Main Board to recruit this appointment.
Working mainly from their Munich office (with some travel across Germany and Europe), you will work closely with the operations and client-facing teams in a highly integral and important supporting technical capacity with much client engagement.

You will be highly energetic and have experience of interacting at all levels, including C-Level, therefore some experience of senior level stakeholder management along with excellent influencing, coaching and engagement skills is required. You will demonstrate presence, energy, excellent communication skills, possess a ‘hands-on’ style and be appropriate and flexible in utilising your process improvement tools.
